Florida Laws
In June of 2017, Governor Rick Scott signed into law Senate Bill 8-A. This now allows us to prescribe both low-THC and THC containing medical marijuana to our patients with qualifying medical conditions.
Requirements
Currently the qualifying medical conditions include: Cancer, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Terminal Conditions, and Chronic nonmalignant Pain.
Additional medical conditions may qualify if they are the same class, kind, or comparable to those above.

Dr. Scott Redrick, MD is a state of Florida certified physician who is trained to evaluate, certify, and treat qualified patient with medical marijuana.
